Warranty conditions
- Complaints are initiated in accordance with the GUARANTEE TERMS and SERVICE PROCEDURE, which are an integral part of this guide.
- The complaint is initiated by the buyer of our system/device/component, regardless of whether he is also the end user, or it is about the needs of another end user
- You need to download the Complaint Record document, in .docx or .pdf format, the forms of which are provided in this guide
- Fill in the first page of the Complaint record according to the instructions in the document itself. Fill out the document with as much information as possible, along with attached images of the system/device/component that is the subject of the complaint.

- An unfilled, incomplete, or undelivered Complaint Record postpones the complaint resolution procedure until proper documentation is submitted
- As soon as possible, the buyer/client will be contacted with information on whether the complaint is justified or not and what are the next steps in this process
- If the complaint is accepted, the buyer/client is obliged to send the system/device/component in question to the service address of the company Energize doo, for repair or replacement.
- Upon completion of the complaint, the customer will be informed about the collection of the repaired or replaced system/device/component at the location of the company’s service center
- Below is a diagram of the complaint procedure and service of the company Energize doo. In accordance with the GUARANTEE TERMS, repair or replacement of the system/device/component within the warranty period at the service center of Energize doo is free for all customers.
- With the signed Contract on preventive and interventional maintenance, going to the field, defect detection in the field, disassembly, packaging and transport of the system/device/component, sending for repair to the manufacturer’s factory, logistics procedure, return to the customer’s location, assembly on the location and again commissioning is included in the price of interventional maintenance
- If no Maintenance Agreement has been signed with the customer/client, these services are commercial and are charged according to the valid pricelist of service services, which is an integral part of this guide.
